Joanna and Toni Wedding 25-06-2016

25th June 2016 marked a very special day in the Magro family calendar. Joanna, the youngest of the three children of John and Lynn Magro, was united in marriage to Toni Mercieca, son of Joe and Nancy from Fontana, Gozo.

The marriage took place in the quaint church of Saint Augustine in Victoria, where the radiant bride arrived with her bridal entourage in 3 vintage beaufort cars. Joanna wore a beautiful ivory lace dress accompanied by maid of honour Liliana Gatt, best man Chris Cini and young ones Mikela, Talitha, Giuseppe, Marta and Tumas.

A lavish dinner followed in the surrounding area of the mystic 5,600 year old Neolithic Temples of Ggantija where Joanna and Toni were joined by their families, friends and work colleagues. After dinner, a majestic aerial fireworks, son et lumière, was let off from nearby Nuffara Hill lighting up the sky in this extraordinary summer evening. The fireworks display was a special surprise from the bride’s uncle Michael Magro.

The couple is enjoying their honeymoon in the Maldives. On behalf of their parents, relatives & friends we would like to wish Joanna and Toni a life full of blessings and happiness united together in the Blessed Sacrament of Marriage.
